Liebesträume‘ (meaning Love dreams, singular: liebestraum) is a group of three nocturnes (pieces for piano solo) composed by Franz Liszt. They are inspired in romantic poems. The most famous one, nº 3, talks about the mature love.
The word ‘Lisztomania‘, appeared in Berlin in 1841 because of the intense levels of hysteria demonstrated by Liszt fans during his musical performances.
